Orders are accepted only when the shop is open, products are available, and the delivery address is serviceable. Delivery timing shown in the app is an estimate.

Customers can pay by Razorpay online payment or Cash on Delivery where available. COD charges, delivery charges, offers, and service limits are shown before order confirmation.

Order cancellation, refunds, support, delivery assignment, and order completion depend on shop and delivery partner availability.
